Ingredients:
Nice piece (skin on) salmon, sprinkle with sea salt and marinate overnight in 2 x nips malt whisky
Cooking :
-Take salmon, baste with olive oil, sprinkle brown sugar, add a little more sea salt and ground black pepper
-Add some pre soaked Oak woodchips on the hot coals
-Place salmon on roasting rack on Cobb, cover and cook approximately 20 minutes (depending on size of piece)
